Experience
Frank W. Huntington, III, started in 1989 as an employee of Wilcox Investigations in Sacramento, CA. In 1992, Frank obtained his California Private Investigator's license and has run his own practice since.
In 1997, Frank attended and graduated from the Sacramento Police Academy.
In August of 2017, Frank was appointed as the Private Investigator Representative to the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services Advisory Committee and still serves in that role today.
Frank is a Certified Professional Investigator through the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), the largest Private Investigator Association in the world. He is also a member of the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI), the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI), the Arizona Association of Licensed Private Investigators (AALPI), the National Council of Investigation & Security Services (NCISS), and the World Association of Detectives (WAD).
Frank served as the CALI Chairman of the Board from 2010 through 2020 and as the President from July 1, 2021, through December 31, 2025. He has served as the Legislative Day Chair since 2009. He is the proud recipient of the 2013 CALI Presidential Award, the 2015 Legislative Excellence Award, and in 2017, received the Distinguished Achievement Award*.
Education
Frank holds an Associate in Science Degree in Administration of Justice from the College of Marin as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the California State University, Sacramento. During his collegiate experience, he received numerous awards and commendations.
Paying it Forward
Throughout his career, Frank has presented numerous seminars to other Investigators and Professionals in locating witnesses, report writing, and the History of Private Investigations, among other topics..
